It has been raining. A lot. The windows are open to the house and all I can hear is the shrills and trills of the frogs. It fills the world outside and is such a lovely sound! I wonder if I will remember it when I am away. A few weeks ago we sold the car. The Subaru. It was a little sad.... I remember picking it up from Sydney. S was a baby and we had lunch at J & B’s before driving home. We had thought we might stay in Sydney. Lucky we didn’t because it ended up we only had 24 hours of rego before it lapsed. Turned out it would have been just as expensive to get it here in Canberra once we’d done all the rego for Canberra. Anyway it is strange without it. At least it has gone to a good home, Kate will look after it!
